Hybrid, not optional
Every signature on the network is hybrid: classical Ed25519 and post-quantum ML-DSA-65 (NIST FIPS 204), with Kyber for key encapsulation. Both must verify. There is no downgrade path.
At the source and the gate
Post-quantum is applied to key material and signatures themselves, not only the perimeter. Combined with three-shard MPC and short-cycle rotation, the attack window is kept narrow.
Honesty bound
Post-quantum identities and hybrid seals are present from genesis. An independent external security audit of the full consensus path is the named next gate, not a claim of one already published.

Questions people actually ask
Is JIL quantum-proof forever?
No system is. The design keeps an upgrade path and a short key lifetime so algorithms can move as the threat moves.
Does this replace Ed25519?
Not yet. Hybrid means both. Interoperability today, lattice strength for the horizon.
