JIL.ai is fuel. You buy it. You turn it on for a day, or you do not. While it is on, a corridor between two sovereign sites may draw ignition. While it is off, that corridor waits. You keep the units.
A cargo can be real and still fail to settle. The Federation L1 is the door. The switch is what makes the door scarce.
If the meter can open every hop alone, fuel is a souvenir. Your signature is the yes. The Federation cannot print it.
Spent coins are gone. These come home. You lent a day. You did not give away the tank.
The LBP starts high and walks down unless someone buys. No officer picks the clearing price. Unsold blocks return to the reserve.
You are not buying a share of the railroad. You are buying the train, cars attached, and leasing it to the Federation for one clock.
The block you buy. Cars coupled, yours until you sell them.
The gas in the cars. Ignition. Not the cargo. Not the fare.
Chicago to San Diego, or any two stations. The clock starts. The train moves only when there is a load.
A commodity has to move. We fill what the day needs. Twenty-five cars, or a hundred, or a thousand. Unused cars stay coupled.
The lease is the run. 24 hours, or 72 if that clock is posted. Destination is the end of the window, not a city.
At the station we share the usage fee from tolls that settled. A quiet run pays the floor. No load pays nothing.
The train comes home. It goes to the back of the queue and waits for the next load. You can uncouple and stop.
The cars are still yours. Sell the train, lease it again, or leave it in the yard.
Purchase and use are not the same act. You can own the switch and leave it off.
Take one or more of the 10,000 blocks (25,000 units each). They land in your account.
Turn the switch on for one window, or do not. Signing moves no money.
An opener pays 5 basis points on corridor dollars that settle.
If your switch was on and in scope, you share a usage fee. It can be zero.
The window ends. Units unlock. Sign again, sell, or stop.
Busy days pay a higher share. Quiet days stay at the floor. This is not a return. A refused hop pays nothing.
| Day / Series | Share of the toll | On a $50,000 toll |
|---|---|---|
| Quiet (Series A) | 30% (fair floor) | $15,000 |
| Normal (Series B) | 40% | $20,000 |
| Busy (Series C) | 55% | $27,500 |
| Protocol Hard Cap | 60% max | $30,000 |
| Off, or refused | 0% | $0 |
A $10,000,000 hop is a $50,000 toll (5 basis points). Sole open switch takes the pool. Half the open units takes half.

USD only. Direct Stripe card checkout. Units credit to your wallet address when payment reports captured.
Instant Card Checkout via Stripe. Final when Stripe says captured. A reversal claws the units before they can be signed.
PayPal balance or linked bank. Same rule. No units until the payment is final.
Dollars to the named account. Matched to the buyer, then credited. Unmatched wires sit.
Dollar stablecoin on Ethereum or JIL Cell. Credited after finality. Not raw ETH.
Card, wire, and stablecoin acquisition is routed through the registered wallet desk. Wire and USDC rails clear directly via on-chain smart escrow and Fedwire instructions.
250,000,000 ignition units. 35,000,000 JIL.ai are already sold. Those sold units move into blocks. 215,000,000 remain.
Units sell individually. 35,000,000 JIL.ai are sold and move into blocks.
Of the 250,000,000 ignition units. Unsold units stay in the reserve.
Sell it, trade it, or leave it off. A live window locks it until the clock ends.
