Supported networks and stablecoins

One currency site. Each layer 1 and each stablecoin has its own rules of engagement on that site. Supported means a Tier 1 may request it.

JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. operates this site and the Layer-1 it describes under the license from JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC (WY). Payment integrity at jilsovereign.com is JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc., the same company and a different product. The retail wallet is a separate host.

This Layer-1 is the backbone. It is not a row in the tables below. The fleet chain and the older chain are two histories, and this chain is not an Ethereum chain.

There is one currency site. It is the Tier 2. Each layer 1 and each stablecoin has its own rules of engagement on that site. The same site holds on the order of 100 stablecoins and on the order of 1,000 layer 1s. A new asset is another rule here, not another hostname. JIL does not charge to put a rule on the currency site. The currency site has no hubs and no annexes of its own.

A Tier 1 enables the currency site and requests one layer 1 or one stablecoin. The request is a one-time setup of the ATCE corridor rules for that asset. The fee amount is not printed on this page. After that setup, every hub and every annex under that Tier 1 may use the asset. The buyer is a Tier 1 as well. The buyer registers and enables the same asset. One Tier 1's setup does not enroll the other. A leaf may store the local allow and the local limits. The leaf does not rewrite the currency rule and does not open a corridor. An annex does not send on the corridor. The root does.

A transfer can take several hops. The route is chosen. An Oil annex that needs USDC does not open the corridor itself. The Tier 1 root sends. One route is Oil, then ETH, then USDC. Each of those legs is a settled hop at 5 basis points of that leg's settled gross, paid by the initiating sovereign. Movement inside a hub stays 0. Each Tier 1 that uses an asset on the path has enabled that asset.

Not a live connection. Supported means the asset is named here and a Tier 1 may request it. Every interface on this page still refuses a lock and refuses a release. A watcher file in the repository is not a verifier and is not membership in that network. Until a plug can verify a lock, the root does not send the release.

The rule text is in The Corridor Journal. This page is the list.

Layer 1s, and three networks that are not

Each layer 1 row is supported. A Tier 1 may request that native asset on the currency site. Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, and Cardano are layer 1s. BNC in earlier notes is BNB Chain. Arbitrum, Base, and Polygon are settlement rails. They are not layer 1s. A Tier 1 may request a settlement rail. That request is not a request for a layer 1 native asset. The Tier 2 hub key holder is Interop Currency. The key is not loaded here. Each adapter still refuses a lock and a release until an address is set. A native symbol names the network. Governance tokens, wrapped assets, and the JIL token are not listed.

Stablecoins

Each row is one rule on the currency site. The same stablecoin is not copied once per Tier 1. A Tier 1 requests the row. After the one-time setup, every hub and every annex under that Tier 1 may use it. The buyer Tier 1 enables that same row before it can take the asset. Governance tokens, wrapped assets, and the JIL token are not in this table.

AE Coin (AEC) and DDSC are dirham-referenced stablecoins. They are not the Central Bank Digital Dirham, and this page does not call them legal tender. UAE-S on the cell demo is that cell's currency object. It is not a row in this table. A row names the instrument. It is not a statement that a particular payment is lawful in a particular place.

The list is the start of the interface

The code behind each row returns not connected. A briefing is how a Tier 1 asks to enable the currency site for one layer 1 or one stablecoin. The Tier 1 on the other side of the hop enables it too.
