Sovereign cells

The October 2026 white paper is on this site and in the PDF. This page is the worked example. https://demo.jilsovereign.net opens it.

Worked example of a Class A sovereign and two annexes under it, plus a Class B India banking sovereign and twenty-four annex banks on a central-bank network. Class A is $2,500,000 to join and $400,000 a year. Class B is $1,500,000 to join and $250,000 a year. Up to 10 hubs are included. A hub past that is $25,000 a year on the sovereign. That is not a second license. An annex license is $0. A settled hop on the L1 corridor is 5 basis points of settled gross, paid by the initiating sovereign. Movement inside a hub is 0 basis points. Not a claim that the United Arab Emirates, or any emirate, or the Reserve Bank of India, or any bank named here, purchased a cell. The map is simulated hops on the book. All sites on this map communicate through the JIL L1 corridor. It does not poll the chain. Funding names stay on the sovereign site. The L1 record stores corridor settlements and replay digests. Seals there use the live suite shape. They are not mainnet signatures. The validator line is 10 of 10 responding validators, all operated by JIL.
